When I got married I realised that drying flowers is the easiest thing in the world. I dried all types of flowers and petals that I could find for our confetti.

I figured it would be about the same process to dry flowers and fruit for tea so I started the research rabbit hole and got to this recipe, which looked nicer than what it tasted.
